I, the AUTHOR, by using any of the musics, sounds, or sound efect audio files purchased from LOOPHUNTER.COM (henceforth, LICESEE), and you (henceforth, BUYER), hereby agree to and are bond by therms and conditions of this end user agreement.

1. Licensee and the Buyer, shall have a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable right to use the Music, sounds, loops and audio files (henceforth, PRODUCTS) in all of these uses:

* Film: You can use loophunter.com products in any cinematographic production, a big production, independent documental or student project and amateur films.

* Television: You can use loophunter.com products in any television program, comedy, incidental music, spots, movie trailers and promos. 

* Theatre: You can use loophunter.com products in a big theatral production or a local play represenation.

* Radio / Podcasts: You can use loophunter.com products in your professional or amateur radio broadcast, background music for newscasts, talk shows, incidental music or simply play the songs to your listeners.

* Video / DVD: You can use loophunter.com products in any domestic video or comercial and in any type of support.

*Video Games: Loophunter«s products can be use to animate menus or as a soundtrack for a videogame.

*Web: Loophunter«s products can be use as background music for webpages, to place sounds for menus and are specially allowed by the Author and Loophunter for the use in Youtube videos, Vimeo and similar webpages.

* Physical Products: You can use musicloops.com music in your physical products such as alarm clocks, toys, mobile phone system sounds, music boxes, etc.

No matter how big the project (Film, Television and Radio) is you will never have to pay another royalty or broadcasting fee and without limits of copies (Video, Dvd, CD) to distribute.

2. Licensee and the Buyer, not right to use:

* The Sounds may not be transferred, copied, or duplicated by itself, either in whole or in part and sell it.

* You cannot add lyrics to the songs and sell it.

* You cannot download this music and sell it as a ringtone.

* You cannot create an audio CD using only our music (no voice-over) and sell it.

* You cannot add our music as a separate collection of audio files to your software package or web application.

* You cannot sub-license it in any way (letting other people use the music in their projects for a fee)

* You cannot post the music on your website for download.

* You can use loophunter.com as background music for your website but you cannot give you visitors links to download the audio files to their hard drives.

3. Licensee is hereby granted the perpetual, non-exclusive right and license to publicly perform, for profit or non-profit, and authorize others to perform the Sounds in connection with the Projects subject to the following:

4. The Buyer represents and warrants that it has the right to license one hundred percent (100%) of the Sounds throughout the territory and grant all the rights herein granted to Licensee and that this Agreement does not infringe on any the rights of any third parties.

5. The term of this Agreement is for the remainder of the current term of the world Copyright in the Track(s) and all renewal terms thereof.

6. This Agreement does not authorize or permit any use of the Sounds not expressly purchased buyer for the Buyer or to make any other use of the Sounds not expressly authorized hereunder. 

The Author reserves all rights not expressly granted to Licensee hereunder. All rights granted hereunder are granted to a non-exclusive basis.

7. LOOPHUNTER.COM and the Author  accepts no responsibility for any loss of business or business profits resulting directly or indirectly from the performance of the Sounds.

8. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the law and judicial decisions of the State of Spain in Barcelona city applicable to agreements to be wholly performed within said State. Should any paragraph or provision hereof, and the remainder of this Agreement shall be effective as if such void, invalid or inoperative paragraph or provision had not been contained therein.

9. This license is binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the respective successors and/or assigns of the parties hereto.

10. In the event of any material breach of this agreement or any use of the Sounds by a third party, all rights granted under this agreement shall terminate immediately. Any continued use of the Sounds by Licensee shall constitute an intentional infringement of the copyrights in and to the Sounds. The copyright owner (s) of the Sounds hereby reserves all their rights to legal and financial remedies and relief.
